ABSOLUTELY ABS
This class targets your abs and core. These muscles are essential for our posture and balance. Get a total core workout in 30 minutes.
BOOT CAMP
Challenge yourself! Boot camp is a fun, non-traditional way to get in shape and feel great! In this class, we utilize resistance training with strength equipment and body weight – along with Cardiovascular training.
CARDIO MIX
This class will be the instructor’s choice. Anything from kickboxing, step-weights and cardio, floor exercises or boot camp. Every week will be something different, so get ready to sweat and keep those muscles confused.
KICK BOXING
A strength and cardio kickboxing combo. This class is designed for all fitness levels of people looking for results. Strength conditioning with weights and resistance bands (modifications always provided). Simple, effective, athletic kickboxing routines that build muscle, rev up your heart rate and leave you feeling amazing.
POWER CARDIO
Get a full body burn with power cardio! You’ll work to strengthen, tone and burn calories with fun, fast-paced workouts. There’s no shortage of variety here. We’ll take you through cardio, plyometrics, agility training, dumbbell work, core and more.
POWER PUMP
A total body strength conditioning class that uses free weights, resistance bands and exercise balls.
ZUMBA
Ditch the workout – join the party! A dance fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance in an effort to make exercise fun
YOGA
We welcome a YOGA certified instructor with over 30 years of experience! The YOGA instructor will show you the essentials, root posturers, breathing techniques, etc. Get taught by a true Yoga experienced teacher at your local YMCA!
AQUA FITNESS
Low-impact aerobic exercise in shallow water using the water for resistance training.
AQUA KICKBOXING
Get cardio pumps raised by punching and kicking in the water! No heavy bag needed. Low or High impact depending on your body. Take breaks when needed! Come by the YMCA and try this class out!
AQUA SHALLOW WATER FIT
Lighten your spine by preforming light exercises waist high. There you will engage your core by walking with your arms to your side and many more activities in shallow water.
AQUA GLIDE FIT
Glide on the water, burn calories will floating on a board. Your instructor will guide you through the various exercises on the water. Have fun and experience a great exercise in a temperature control water swimming pool.
DEEP WATER FIT
This class is held in the deep area of the pool and provides a more intense workout. Participants will use a floatation belt or pool noodle to aid in balance. The program will provide increased range of motion, water walking, water running, abdominal work and fat burning exercise. Confidence in deep water is strongly suggested to take this class.
Cardio WAVE (Glide Boards)
This program is a 30-minute exercise incorporating yoga while using an aquatic board. HIT, core strength and cool down maximize. Strengthen your leg balance through each level. Level 1 is simplified as it intensifies each day and progress into (Cardio Wave)
Boxing
Join the class and learn the basics of boxing. Learn the proper stance and proper techniques required in the world of boxing. This class always has different lessons! Please join us, anybody is welcome!
